Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer

Job Summary
Responsible for developing marketing materials to promote Care Supply and its suppliers. Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Sales Managers, project stakeholders and suppliers to develop supplier-funded marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments or product opportunities. Cultivate Care Supply brand awareness to ensure consistent communications across all media formats and outlets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and ongoing initiatives to support brand awareness.
  • Ensure that all communications are supportive of and consistent with marketing and branding strategies.
  • Create print and electronic product and service catalogs, line cards, brochures, promotional fliers and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain website content for company website and online product catalogs.
  • Coordinate web content between ERP system and website databases.
  • Create promotional and product training video content for website and digital building signage.
  • Maintain customer contact database for email, direct mail marketing and customer surveys.
  • Coordinate the flow of marketing information and communications.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns and the development of social media content.
  • Provide marketing support to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Work with manager and business units to determine project budget and manage expenses to that budget.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on advertising initiatives to garner coop marketing support.
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor the available supplier coop marketing funds and maximize reimbursements.
  • Assist with marketing research to identify trends for product usage and market pricing.


Desired Qualifications

  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with teammates at all levels within the company.
  • 3-5 years of experience in desktop publishing, photo editing, video editing, and website content development.
  • Social Media advertising and promotion experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
